I remember being so huge and hating the way I looked. I smiled on the outside but inside I was hurting and very lonely. Walking and any sort of activity was painful for me. Now I feel great every day. Thank you everyone for your love and support.
Lord Help Me to Remember this picture and how big I was everytime I want to cheat myself and over eat. I was not happy this fat and I dont want to go back there.
It takes God's help... to change our behaviors, goals and focus.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change. I cant change people, places, things or some relationships...
Courage to change the things I can...myself, my job, my life, my finances, my relationships... I can improve and change them to some degree.
And the WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE...
