Here is me still working on my weight in North Carolina.... as I lost the weight I had to deal with the emotional challenges... Every reason I ever ate... men, money, insecurities, my father, my mother... any excuse my mind gave me I had to face the pain and the issue and overcome it. Not that I have won the war but I am winning more and more battles! Thank God... Really the victory is his! He is my power.
