Water. Crisp, clean, cool and refreshing. This should be how life is. Ya Right. Life has ups and down hills and valleys. God promised to always be with us and so is our carnal mind and for many of us so is the urge to over eat and to eat food that is bad for us. Sometimes you will face challenges. But stay encouraged all things work together for the good. Just keep moving.
